Too much stress can quickly disrupt the balance in your life, however stress in itself is not bad. It is a natural reaction to challenge or change within our lives, and moderate amounts can help boost performance.
Problems arise when stress levels become too great or unrelenting. This can lead to health problems such as headaches, anxiety, panic attacks and depression.
Certain conditions such as asthma, sinusitis and allergies can be aggravated by stress. Stress Management is a method of recognising stress and dealing with it accordingly.
