Having studied for a degree
in Business and Leisure Management from Newcastle University,
England, I commenced work as a Sports Development Officer
in Dublin Institute of Technology where I spent the next
six years. It was here I became very interested in a holistic
approach to life. |
|
I returned to study and
received and ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic
Massage from Walmer College. Now even more intrigued with
the potential the body had to heal itself, I returned
once again to Walmer College for a further 18mths where
I gained an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology, Aromatherapy
and Stress Management. |
In 2001 I established
Natural Touch, and with the aid of a committed regular
client list in addition to clients who use it for the
occasional treatment or luxury, developed into a thriving
business.
|
 |
For the past four years
I have been involved in teaching the ITEC diploma course
in Plunket College, to Post leaving certificate students,
together with an involvement in health promotion with
several major national organisations and more recently
have worked with VHI, Beaumount hospital and the Mater
hospital. |
|
Now I am delighted to be
working with a dedicated team of professionally qualified
therapists in the Clontarf Holistic Centre. |
